Welcome to FormVu Inc.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FormVu Inc.'s web-based application, available at FormVu.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions
  • "Company" refers to FormVu Inc.
  • "Contractor" refers to any individual or business that subscribes to and uses FormVu for job estimation and evaluation.
  • "User" refers to any individual using FormVu to submit video forms.
  • "Subscription" refers to the monthly or annual paid plan contractors purchase to use the Service.
2. Service Overview

FormVu is a web-based video form platform that allows users to record and send data to contractors for estimation and job evaluation. Contractors use FormVu through a subscription service.

3. Subscription and Payment
  • FormVu offers standard monthly or annual subscription plans.
  • Payment is due in advance and is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • FormVu reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice to subscribers.
4. Contractor Responsibilities
  • Contractors must comply with all applicable laws when using FormVu.
  • Contractors are responsible for their own customer interactions, estimates, and any agreements formed outside of FormVu.
  • Misuse of FormVu, including unauthorized data collection, may result in account termination.
5. User-Generated Content
  • Users retain ownership of the videos and data submitted through FormVu.
  • Contractors may only use received content for estimation and job evaluation purposes.
  • FormVu does not assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of submitted content.
6. Termination

FormVu reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

FormVu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FormVu is not responsible for any damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising from its use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of State of Delaware, USA.
